Preparing for a Disability Hearing in New Jersey

In order to insure the best chance of success at your disability hearing, it is necessary that you advise your attorney of any new medical treatment so that the record can be supplemented prior to the actual day in Court. We will generally meet with client’s prior to the hearing and review all medical evidence in order to make sure that the disability file is complete. Our client’s will know exactly what to expect prior to the hearing date and will know the questions that a Judge normally asks to determine disability. We are always available to answer any questions that client’s have regarding what to expect at the disability hearing.
